"Binde - Binde" (pronounced Binder) comes from a story of a Kiwi who spent years developing tea plantations in Africa. Unable to speak the language, he quickly realised that "binde binde" translated to 'get the job done', which is where our Company name and ethos comes from.   If you want to 'get the job done', you need to talk to us! 

 Hi! I'm Ivan Smith - the founder of Binde Management, and certainly the person that will "get the job done"for you.

I'm proud to have a wealth of sales and customer service experience from over 30 years exposure working at the front line, through to heading several international customer orientated businesses.

My experience has also spanned the globe enabling unique cultural difference awareness. Combined with broad market perspective across service, logistics and manufacturing, FMCG and capital goods, I will bring an asset to your organisation, you, and your team.

To be successful, you just have to have fun. My infectious and motivating task-orientated approach combined with an open delivery style, ensures successful delivery through adult learning techniques that instil positive change in your team.
